Your yoga might be a blend of styles, or you might prefer focusing on something very specific. Our instructors have received advanced training in a variety of disciplines ranging from the flowing, vigorous Vinyasa Yoga, to the more traditional approach of Hatha Yoga, to the gentle practice of Restorative Yoga and beyond.

We believe that yoga can be done by people of all ages, shapes, and sizes. We have experience with focusing the ever-distracted mind of a teenager, we understand the extra care that should be applied when working with older joints and muscles, and we can make you work up a sweat if that's what you're looking for. We can also help those who suffer from chronic pain caused by illness or physical ailments by using a more gentle approach. Whatever your needs, Spot Yoga can address them.

*24-Hour Cancellation Policy:
Spot Yoga has a 24-hour cancellation policy on all sessions. We request that, if you must cancel your session, you give your instructor a minimum of 24-hours notice. With less notice, you will be billed for the full rate of the session or, if applicable, a session will be deducted from your pre-purchased package.
